The Stamp Out Suicide! website is packed with information, which we hope people will find helpful. The site provides points of contact for those feeling down, depressed and / or suicidal and for those bereaved by suicide. We are not a charity but exist to promote greater awareness of the problem of suicide and hope to encourage everyone to play a part in suicide prevention.
